PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The company's owners manage the building of the homes, giving us an advantage over other home builders who hire superintendents to manage their jobs. When an issue inevitably arises, it is best to have us there to make a decision instead of waiting on a superintendent's supervisor to make a decision, wasting valuable time and energy. Instead, you will have the company's owners on-site daily able to make the decision that will help push our builds forward where production builders tend to struggle, we will exceed expectations.
