Existing single-story residence to be renovated to include a second floor in the back half of the house. Client needed an additional upstairs bedroom. Supporting spaces include an upstairs lounge, office space, plenty of storage with a flexible attic space to be converted in the future if necessary. The upstairs balcony overlooks the pool and provides as well as provides shading for the outdoor grilling area on the first floor. The outdoor grilling area sits adjacent to the hot tub deck and provides an area for entertaining guests with food and drinks.
